6 STEPS FOR PRE AND POST CONVOCATION DAY
STEP 1: Student will receive an Invitation letter email from Registrar Officer as Graduation invitation. The student should complete the REGISTRATION ONLINE RSVP details and click Submit.
Reminder, students are permitted to bring 2 guests for the Convocation Ceremony.
STEP 2: Student needs to settle your GRADUATION FEES with Accounting Officer at Finance Department to allow University invited you to Convocation Ceremony.
STEP 3: After completing RSVP & payment fees, you are required to complete the Tracer Study (http://graduan.moe.gov.my/v/) and click submit. Completion of this survey is COMPULSORY as the graduation requirement. Students can access the Tracer Study on 30th Sept 2019.
Print the Tracer Study Survey slip and BRING on the Rehearsal Day, 11 Oct 2019.
STEP 4: Student is required to
1. Complete the online form for Alumni Verification (Link),
2. Print and fill up Graduation Signoff Form (Link) and BRING it on the rehearsal day, 11 Oct 2019.
STEP 5: Keep the evidence of payment and send to your Admin Faculty.

The respective Faculty Admin will send the E-Card Invitation AFTER they have received the evidence of convocation payment from the graduands.
STEP 6: Print the E-Card Invitation and please bring it on the Convocation day (12th Oct 2019) and present it to the usherettes at the Entrance Hall
3 STEPS FOR ACADEMIC ROBE COLLECTION
STEP 1: Student is COMPULSORY to attend the Rehearsal Day (11th Oct 2019) for briefing and collect their academic robe BEFORE the convocation day.
STEP 2: Student should bring the entire document on the Rehearsal Day for your Academic Robe collection:

Completed Alumni verification survey (accessible on 30th Sept 2019 onwards)

Printed Tracer Study slip (accessible on 30th Sept 2019 onwards)

Student ID card

Evidence of convocation payment (2 copies)

Printed e-card invitation (2 copies)
Students who are unable to attend the convocation are also required to fill up item no. 1, 2 and 6. Please ensure that there are no outstanding tuition fees. Otherwise, your transcript and certificate will not be released.
3 STEPS ON CONVOCATION DAY
STEP 1: Student should come at 10:00 am on the convocation day. E-Card Invitation should be present to the usherettes at the entrance Hall 1. Usherettes will assist the guest to their seat. Meanwhile, students will directly go to the STUDENTS HALL for graduation preparation.
STEP 2: Faculty Admin will arrange student line accordingly. Each graduate will be provided with a ‘Name Card’. This name card will be given to MC during the ceremony.
STEP 3: Student name will be announced according to the card name. The photo will be taken during the ceremony.
4 STEPS FOR SCROLL/ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT & GRADUATION PHOTO COLLECTION
STEP 1: Student with CLEAR outstanding should COLLECT your scroll, Academic Transcript, and Photo at Registrar Office Department after the graduation day.
STEP 2: Student with OUTSTANDING FEES should settle their payment at the Finance Department before collecting their Scroll/Academic Transcript or Graduation Photo.
STEP 3: Bring the evidence of payment and give to Faculty Admin together with:

MyCard/Passport
STEP 4: Registrar Officer will provide student Scroll/Academic Transcript and Photo to the student.
